About The Author

Amy L. Harden is more prominently known on the internet by her alias “Shepherdess”. A tell-it-like-it-is author, speaker, coach, she is also a moderator at Path Partners.com. Amy’s expertise is primarily on the subject of Mid-Life Crisis, Transition and Depression. She works primarily with women who are having difficulty in navigating “The Yellow Brick Road” of their Mid-Life Crisis, along with their husbands/significant others who are at a loss as to how to help their partners find their way “home.”

Amy’s passion is her writing and speaking on the elegance of women, along with helping women re-discover and define their elegance as women in their daily lives and our society. As a 51 year old career woman, wife and mother of five, she brings a hands-on knowledge and understanding of what women face when they get caught up in the tornado of their lives at 40 and beyond.

She is currently preparing for the release of her e-books: “The Dorothy Syndrome: Midlife on the Yellow Brick Road” and "Mid-Life Crazies", along with the debut of her web site awomanofelegance.com. Amy is available for speaking and workshop presentations.
