Let’s face it, no matter what the latest ups and downs we read in the news, the economy is still sick. And predictably President Obama’s approval ratings are dropping. When he was elected most of the world felt hopeful that Mr. Obama could make a difference and turn things around within the country and with our relationships around the world. »more»

Hi Everyone,
Im new to the group but I wanted to let everyone know that Galveston was devested by Hurricane Ike. I live only 26 miles away and stayed during the storm and it was the most frightening thing I can remember and Ive seem many storms as I grew up and was born on Galveston Island. We dont know the body count there are rumors of many, and so much destruction. »more»

As we age, certain obvious changes take place that we're all aware of - wrinkles form, hair turns grey, teeth can discolor, we buy reading glasses and maybe we even gain a few pounds. One change that may not be as obvious is gradual hearing loss. »more»
