The Happiness Project Book is Almost Here

We all want to be happy but how exactly does one go about becoming happy? This is a particularly vexing question because there are so many different, and sometimes conflicting, approaches to maximizing one's happiness. In response, Gretchen Rubin took a year of her life to test-drive the different theories using herself as both a guinea pig and a sample size of one.
