LifeTwo community member Ellen Besso has just released her new eBook "The Caregiver in MidLife: Where their needs end and yours begin." The eBook is a holistic approach written for the women who are caring for an aging parent or relative and includes an accompanying workbook with exercises specially designed to compliment the content of each chapter. Business & Life Coach Jill Crossland had this to say about Besso's book:

The author, Life Coach Ellen Besso is the caregiver for her own mother. She is refreshingly candid as she writes about the often joyful, sometimes frustrating and occasionally painful experience of caring for her aging mother. "The Caregiver in MidLife" takes the often ignored complexities of caregiving and brings them out into the open. Touching on topics such as the dynamics behind the changing parent-daughter relationship, feelings of guilt & loneliness and how being in menopause while caregiving adds to the feelings of stress.
