Is Happiness a Serious Problem?

Is Happiness a Serious Problem???? According to Dennis Prager it is. Not only is it a problem, but it is our moral obligation to our spouses, family and community to be happy.

He has a book out with the same title and I'm purchasing that in MP3 format right after I finish sharing this with you to download and listen every time I'm in my car. I have had the opportunity of listening to his talks and his "Happiness Hour" on the radio (actually via podcast on itunes)for a month or two now and I am blown away at the transformation within my thought process. I have gone from unhappy, angry, confused and hopeless at times to feeling optimistic, hopeful and finding some purpose at this stage in my life. Most of the topics within his Happiness talks I already "know", and you will too, but sometimes you just either casually put them off to the side and/or you are so down and stuck on negative thoughts that it is like a refresher course.

The above link will take you to my site where you can find the audio of this talk (I could not figure out how to make it work on this site). The recording is from a Dennis Prager talk he had with High School Students on Happiness. HOLD ON, HOLD ON....so you're not in High School any longer..........sooooooooo what! The principles are still the same and it will get you to think twice even if you are a naturally HAPPY, optimistic person. I probably have listened to this particular recording at least 18+ times. My 18 year old daughter actually asked me to get some more of his talks and she is a "naturally" happy person. Maybe you are too, but do you know someone who is unhappy??? Get them to this site. Let them listen to this recording! It's a start. It's a seed.

So, I hope you will enjoy this talk and check out his book, "Happiness is a Serious Problem". In case you want to know...his website is: www.dennisprager.com
