Sign Up For LifeTwo's Newsletter for a Chance to Win "Happier"; Come Here Monday for a Chance to Become "Happier" Too

Wesley's picture

Sign up for the LifeTwo monthly newsletter (see upper right hand corner of this page) and earn a chance to win "Happier" by Dr. Ben-Shahar.

We have selected "Happier" as this month's giveaway because it is the basis of our upcoming Happiness Week. Starting Monday, September 24th and continuing for the next 4 days we will be featuring key lessons from "Happier" as well as lessons that are geared at immediately helping you raise your happiness level. And when you do these exercises you will not be alone, we have involved several noted columnists, authors and bloggers who will be sharing the insights they gained from doing them.

Dr. Ben-Shahar teaches Harvard's most popular class--positive psychology and at the end of the week we will be featuring a 30-minute interview with him.

It goes without saying, everything is free, all you have to do is show up. But to have a chance to win the book "Happier" you need to sign up for the newsletter.
