Another reason to have a "To Do Before I Die" list, it could change your life

Research has shown that when you apply discipline to one area of your life it has the tendency to carry over into other areas. If you want to lose weight you might start by getting up early every day. The discipline of doing so may help you have resolve to pass on dessert. Odd but it works. That explains in part how people who start an exercise regimen find themselves improving all sorts of aspects of their lives. These changes don't have to be the result of a self-improvement resolution. Take the example of
Kristan never set out to be a runner, it happened because it was something that she wanted to try and then she took to it. What's on your To Do Before You Die list that could have the same effect? You might have the goal to write a book, document your family history, travel to Spain, learn to cook, or any number of things that could set you on a path to improve and change your life. And if you don't have a to-do list for your life? Start one now. We at LifeTwo are big believers in the "to do before I die" concept. It's not a guarantee for life satisfaction but it's a terrific tool for thinking about what kinds of things you'd like to do (one day) and helping insure that 'one day' actually happens.
