Blogging Boomers Carnival #33

It's hard to believe but the BloggingBoomers carnival is up to #33. Lot's of interesting stories, tips, and information relevant to baby boomer living: The Boomer Chronicles kicks things off with an 8-post series on her first colonoscopy. It's an exciting and fun-filled trip! Contemporary Retirement tells you not to head off to the airport without first visiting them. ">I Remember JFK asks if you've ever heard of Tomohiro Nishikado? He was probably a significant influence on your life, especially if you are a younger Baby Boomer. In 1978, when I was eighteen years old, Nishikado created Space Invaders for the Taito Corporation. The game was released in Japan, and proved to be such a hit that it made it over to the US in short order. The lives of teens and younger would never be the same. And lastly is LifeTwo's contribution. We had a guest visitor post their story and then asked for help from our readers. In short, the wive found out that her husband was secretly planning a trip to Thailand for you-know-what. She's devastated and wonders what to do. She loves him and doesn't want to lose.
