Here's help for those who don't have enough time for exercise or family

Columnist Penelope Trunk (and author of the "Brazen Careerist") writes in her blog about different ways to control the amount of time you spend at the office thereby freeing up the time you need for family, exercise, hobbies, lifelong learning, etc., etc. Penelope's tips for managing your hours include:
The key message is that you must take responsibility for the hours you spend at the office. Don't blame your boss, don't be a time victim, and don't romanticize workaholicism.
