Trips to take before you die

Yes you should have a list of things that you want to do before you die. If you are like most people then travel will be a big part of your list. From time to time we list resources (websites and books) that might help generate ideas for your list. One such book is Travel + Leisure's The 100 Greatest Trips of 2007. Popular econoblogger, Marginal Revolution has published their ten favorite trips from the book. If you could take one trip right now what would it be?
