Taking the "lifelong learning" trend to the next level; toga parties for seniors?

Gen Plus points us to a series of press releases concerning the intersection between lifelong learning and senior living environments. The concept is "university-branded 55+ active adult communities that are tightly integrated with their academic hosts." A company called Campus Continuum is developing the concept:
There are already about 50 such communities across the U.S and the idea is gaining popularity. The company notes several advantages for seniors to live on or near a college campus:
Gen Plus noted the brain health benefits of continued learning and what better place to do it than in a bucolic university setting. Even the vibrancy of a typical university setting has its benefits. LifeTwo can think of a few more, including easy access to university libraries, masters swim work-outs, and work-out facilities. It's also an incredible opportunity for alums to re-engage with their universities. Furthermore, as noted above, on a university campus there is always some sort of interesting activity from a free noontime concert to a girls soccer match. And, of course, there are the dorm parties.
