Study: Cabernet Sauvignon may help reduce the incidence of Alzheimer's Disease

Science Daily reports that a Mount Sinai study found that moderate red wine consumption in a form of Cabernet Sauvignon may help reduce the incidence of Alzheimer's disease. Specifically:
There have already been studies associating other health benefits of moderate consumption of red wine (e.g., the heart) but this is one of the first to associate it with reduced incidence of Alzheimer's disease. Baby boomers should be particularly pleased with the news; it's nice to see that not everything enjoyable in life is bad for one's health.
