EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2006:

LifeTwo, LLC (“LifeTwo”) recognizes that your privacy is important to you. We have created this privacy policy to explain our privacy practices so you will understand when and how personally identifiable information is collected, used, disclosed and protected with respect to our online business. Please read this policy before providing us with any personal information. In you have any questions about this policy, contact us with your questions.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE BY LIFETWO

LifeTwo collects two basic types of information from our users: i) personally identifiable information; and ii) aggregate data.

Personally identifiable information is information that is directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a user's name, e-mail address, or information about activities that are directly linked to that person. Among other things we use this data to authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to our service. LifeTwo users may modify or remove user-provided personal information at any time by logging into their account and accessing the account information tools.

Aggregate data is data we collect about a group or category of services or user from which individual user identities have been removed. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. Aggregate data may include anonymous demographic information such as country of origin, citizenship, ZIP code, age, gender, preferences and survey information. In other words, how you use LifeTwo may be collected and combined with information about how others use it, but no personal information will be included in the resulting data. Note that User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.
