The books that I am drafting on Mid-Career and Beyond

Please pay attention. I know it is difficult to follow all of this talk going back two years, or maybe more on these pages, but if you happen to gravitate to this. Do spend some time to think and respond. I would appreciate it.
I am a certified Life Transitions Coach, www.sapiencecoaching.com and reachable as cited below.
I am writing texts on Mid-Career Change and mid-life to pre-retirement challenges. I would like to get some synopses of your successful or challenging career-change or changes as well as your answers to the following questions:
1. To what extent do you think multiple career changes are a sign of indecision about goals and purpose or confusion about one's own identity.

2. Did you have a complete plan before making a change or did you just go for it, and follow your heart?

3. Do you consider mid-career change a return to former passions or a finding of oneself for the first time?

4. Is mid-career change motivated more by financial(survival) or self-actualization reasons?
You may submit on this site or send directly to me, or both: heb@sapiencecoaching.com.
Thank you.
