As a widow of four years, I relate to your article. As a caretaker for my husband for 11 months before he passed away from cancer, it is all too easy to isolate yourself during the illnessand then afterwards, when you really need support. It is important to reach out to those who care about you, so they can offer some support. Equally important is talking to a professional or a support group.
