If people eat vegetables without dressing it's all good. Meat without fat, such as beef and chicken (the skin of the chicken contains too much fat, don't eat it) are good enough for keeping the diabetes's blood sugar low. White bread is not good at all, and i would say dangerous. Diabetes shoud eat more whole wheat bread. Every diet is good, depending how it is observed. »
