Hi Lina Ko, I like your blog quite a bit and I absolutely agree with your assessment. If anyone (boomer or not) walks in with their heads down expecting to be ruled out because of their age, well they are almost certainly going to be ruled out. But it won't be their age that undid them, it will be failing to exude those characteristics that employers are looking for which are not, emphasis on not, age dependent.
