I wrote this about mid life crisis. It may or may not be of interest, but the point being, it's not a crisis as much a time of changing. In that while it's strange looking in the mirror and thinking: who the hell is that. It's very powerful since you can also say, wow this is a chance to really become something I want to be. The depression can set in when a person doesn't see a way to change from the old to the new. Peace »
