Two questions. Taking the example of real estate sales (and excluding short-term issues like the current subprime/housing market problems), is disintermediation inevitable and if so how long does it take? bonus question: what do you do if, for example, real estate sales is the one area you know best yet you see the types of changes that you speak of coming down the road?
