Adding a comment is simple (although we know it's hard to find right now). At the bottom of every article, there's a grey bar labeled "actions" in red. One of the choices is "Add New Comment." Just click there and you'll be at the comment form.
Comments usually won't appear until we've had a chance to review them. We plan to set up a way for registered users to bypass this and have their comments post immediately. Stay tuned!
